September 2007

Sidney is being stored in another facility while the fire station is being remodeled.  We'll post here when you can stop by Station

37 again for a ride.  She's still running like a top!  We have a few issues like the speedometer never really has worked and the

tachometer quit working a couple of months ago.  We'll probably have a refurbish session when we get her back home.

May 2007

Sidney continues to thrive.  She gave many rides at the recent KVFD family picnic. 

July 2006

Everything is still running well.  She's been in several parades including several on the 4th of July.  More guys from the 

station are learning to drive. 

January 2006

We've put on a few hundred miles and things are going pretty well.  It's time to replace the fluids again and make sure

everything is tightened up.  A couple of months ago the U-Joint lost a couple of bolts but was repaired before there

was a catastrophic failure.  Earlier this month the generator started making a rattling noise.  We found another missing bolt

and made the repair but the noise persists.  We're going to have to take it off and have it repaired.
